Best Coffee Shops to Work From in St. Louis

Working from home is great until it isn't. Here are six St. Louis coffee shops worth packing your laptop for.

Coma Coffee (Richmond Heights) — Open 7am-7pm with a 360-degree bar and a huge patio. Try the iced oat stout latte.

Living Room Coffee & Kitchen (Maplewood) — Roomy since its expansion, with patio seating great for a coffee meeting or a solo focus hour.

Fiddlehead Fern Café (Shaw) — Light-filled, plant-covered, and calm. Scratch-made pastries make it worth the trip alone.

Hartford Coffee Co. (Tower Grove South) — Multiple work zones if you like a bustling main room with your background noise.

Northwest Coffee (Central West End) — Rare year-round patio seating, covered and uncovered.

Blueprint Coffee (Delmar Loop) — Serious brewing, hand-delivered drinks, and a steady student-and-local crowd.

Half my client calls happen from spots like these. If you're touring homes on this side of town, work an hour from one before or after and I'll buy the second round.
